Westchester, Your Mother Wants You To Eat: Hire This Kosher Food Truck WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- There are food trucks and then there's the kosher food truck. Somewhere, your mom (or grandmother) is kvelling. The Chosen Cholent specializes in pulled smoked brisket, smoked fried chicken, smoked short ribs, and of course, cholent (a traditional Shabbat stew).
