Think Healthy: New Organic & Natural Grocery Store Opens In New Rochelle NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- A new organic and natural grocery store has opened in New Rochelle and to celebrate that, plus Earth Day, there are a are a host of giveaways continuing throughout the weekend. The Only Mart, owned by New Ro resident June Lu, had its official grand opening Thursday, April 20.
