White Plains Club Donates $10,000 To Help Clothe Kids WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- A charitable group from White Plains has given thousands of dollars to an organization that helps children in need. Alan Waxenberg and Natalie Robinson, co-chairs of the Metropolis County Club Foundation, recently presented Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS) with a $10,000 donation. The WJCS runs Kids’ Kloset, a program that supplies disadvantaged children with gently used clothing, warm coats, shoes and other essentials.
