Spring Valley Woman Sought On Marijuana Charge CLARKSTOWN, N.Y. – Clarkstown police are asking for the public’s help in locating a woman wanted on a possession of marijuana charge. Being sought by authorities is Whitney Herisse, 24, whose last known address was somewhere in Spring Valley. Herisse is described by police as black with black hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet 4 inches tall, police said. Anyone with any information about Herisse or her whereabouts is asked to call the Clarkstown Police Department’s Warrant Unit at (845)- 639-5880.
