Man Stopped For Speeding In Putnam Charged With Felony DWI
PUTNAM VALLEY, N.Y. -- A New York City man stopped for speeding in Putnam Valley Saturday is now facing felony charges of driving while intoxicated, state police said.
Brian R. Morgan, 41, of Brooklyn, was pulled over on the Taconic State Parkway, police said.
He was going over the speed limit and had not used his turn signal when making a lane change, according to police.
Morgan was also charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony, police said.

Two Face Drug Charges After Arrest At Pearl River Gas Station
ORANGETOWN, N.Y. – Two men, who police say were acting suspiciously at a gas station in Pearl River, are now facing drug charges.
Arrested on Sunday at the Gulf gas station on North Middletown Road were Conor Gorman, 27, of Elmsford, and Matthew Capuano, 28, of Nyack, police said.
Gorman, who police said had pills and packets of what was believed to be heroin was charged with third-, fourth- and seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.
