Police Release Surveillance Images Of Suspect In Cortlandt Burglary CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- State police are asking for the public’s help in finding the man who broke into a Chinese restaurant in Cortlandt earlier this summer. Panda Garden Kitchen, which is in Miranda Plaza off Oscawana Lake Road, was burglarized at around 3:30 a.m. on June 27, police said. Police have released security camera images of the suspect. Anyone with any information regarding the break-in is asked to call the Cortlandt State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation at (914)-788-8044. All calls will be kept confidential, police said.
