Juvenile Faces Drug Charges After Palisades Arrest ORANGETOWN, N.Y. -- Orangetown police investigating a report of a suspicious vehicle on Saturday ended up charging one person with drug possession. Police said they were called to Horne Tooke Road in Palisades around 10 p.m. where they found an unnamed juvenile suspect with marijuana and tools to grind up the drug. The suspect was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor, police said. The juvenile is due to appear in Orangetown Justice Court next month.
