The central “panel” graced the side of 36 Main St., a building owned by Rising Development. Meet Leah, Hi Tor Animal Shelter's Pet Of The Week RAMAPO, N.Y. -- Leah, a terrier mixed breed, is up for adoption at the Hi Tor Animal Care Center in Pomona. The 3-year-old pup was given up by her owner, who felt she was too much responsibility, the shelter said. Leah is playful and active, but doesn’t seem to like some dogs, the shelter said.
